About Paulina
Paulina Rogawski began her professional career in finance in the late 1970s, working with senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, and board members of numerous foundations and endowments.
Her extensive experience in private wealth management, combined with her passion for real estate investing, allows her to bring a thoughtful financial perspective to the Manhattan real estate market. She draws on this experience to understand each client’s individual needs, navigate complex market considerations, and help identify properties that are both suitable and financially sound.
A Manhattan resident for more than 30 years and the owner of five Manhattan properties, she brings both professional expertise and firsthand experience as a real estate owner and investor.
Paulina holds a B.S. in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Mathematical Statistics and is an Enrolled Actuary. She is an active Global Angel member of 100 Women in Finance, an experienced board member of CFA (Chartered Financial Analysts), a board member of a private foundation devoted to cancer research, and an advisory board member of Manhattan Alternative Investments.
Transparency and collaboration are values Paulina holds dearly. She is enthusiastic about bringing her experience, financial perspective, and knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market to helping clients make informed and meaningful real estate decisions.
