About Ania
I didn't grow up in New York—I chose New York.
Long before I became a real estate broker, I studied interior architecture, earned a master's degree in photography, and built a career as a published fashion photographer. Those experiences shaped how I see the world. I notice light, proportion, flow, and the feeling a space creates long before I think about square footage.
I've moved many times myself, across cities and countries, so I understand that finding a home isn't just a transaction. It's one of life's biggest decisions.
As a broker, my role isn't to convince you to buy a property. It's to help you make the right decision. I'll point out what makes a home special, but I'll also tell you what might frustrate you years from now. I'd rather lose a deal than lose your trust.
Whether you're buying your first apartment, selling a home full of memories, or relocating to New York, my goal is the same: to help you feel informed, confident, and genuinely excited about what's next.
To me, real estate has never been just about properties.
It's about helping people find the place where their lives will unfold.
