Standard Operating Procedures

Per the Standardized Operating Procedure for Purchasers of Real Estate Pursuant to Real Property Law 442-H, Elegran Real Estate has adopted the following Standard Operating Procedures.

Please be advised that Elegran Real Estate:

(a) Does not require prospective buyer clients to show identification to work with an Elegran agent.
(b) Requires prospective buyer clients to sign an exclusive or non-exclusive buyer representation agreement before touring a property with an Elegran agent.
(c) Does not require pre-approval for a mortgage loan or proof of funds to work with an Elegran agent.

Please note that although Elegran Real Estate does not require a prospective buyer to (a) show identification or (b) obtain a pre-approval for a mortgage loan or proof of funds, a seller of real estate may require this information prior to showing the property and/or as part of any purchase offer.

Elegran maintains copies of these Standard Operating Procedures in our office and is available upon request.
