Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Carole relocated to New York City in 1992 to pursue a career in the fashion industry. As a sales executive for over 25 years in the women’s footwear sector she successfully managed multimillion-dollar national retail accounts and earned a reputation for being dedicated and client-focused.

 

Carole sees her role as an advisor experienced on all sides of the transaction and able to guide her clients to successful outcomes whether they are looking to purchase, sell, or rent a property. Carole understands that real estate transactions can be very personal and life-changing events, so she listens with empathy to her client’s motivations and goals.

 

She is dedicated to honest communication and has a deep commitment to putting the needs of her clients first and foremost. Carole’s clients find her to be responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and tireless in the pursuit of their objectives. As a sales professional, she knows the importance of data analytics in understanding market trends.

 

She consistently monitors the numbers and economic forces affecting the market and then advises her clients using data-based strategies on negotiation, pricing, and timing. Carole’s love of New York led her to live in many different neighborhoods throughout Manhattan and then to settle amongst the tree-lined streets of Brownstone Brooklyn to raise a family, where she still resides today. In her spare time, Carole can be found visiting one of the city’s many museums and parks or seeking out the newest dining hot spot.
