She believes it is critical to listen and understand what is most important to each client throughout the process, from the initial meeting through closing and beyond. Establishing a collaborative relationship with each client saves valuable time, an essential commodity in our busy world.
A native New Yorker, Chris has personally bought, renovated, and sold properties in the New York area. She has also served as Board President and Treasurer for her cooperative building. Drawing on this experience, she understands how to navigate the nuances of New York City real estate, sharing invaluable feedback on pricing, the co-op and condo purchasing process, potential renovation options, and assessing a home’s potential.
Chris’s art background fuels her keen eye for design, and she has the unique ability to guide her clients through a space, painting a picture of what it could become and how to customize it to fit their needs. Chris earned her Master of Fine Arts Degree in Jewelry/Metalsmithing.
Before her career in real estate, she founded and ran a successful business creating both jewelry and custom metalwork for museums and art collectors. She enjoys going to art shows and concerts and always finds time to design and build new pieces in her studio.
