About Mila
Mila Gergova has been the home buyer navigating an unfamiliar process, the renter weighing every option, and the condo landlord learning what it means to be responsible for someone else’s home.
She grew up in Sofia, Bulgaria, then lived in both San Francisco and Chicago before making New York City her home. She knows how overwhelming it is to find the right home in the city that never sleeps and the deep need to have someone in your corner who truly cares about your real estate journey. Mila brings a personal touch, thorough research, the hustle of someone who has everything to prove, and a genuine drive to make a difference, to all of her clients. A win for Mila is making a positive difference in her clients’ lives.
Before joining Howard Hanna NYC, she spent over 20 years in asset management operations and began her career as a reporter at Reuters. Mila earned a B.A. in Economics and is fluent in Bulgarian. Her professional experiences have given her a fiduciary mindset and the instinct to put her clients’ first. Mila is committed to staying rigorous under pressure, and paying attention to even the smallest details to make sure her clients have the best experience when searching for their home. When she isn’t finding the perfect home for her clients, Mila can be found exploring New York City on historic walking tours, at the theatre or a museum, spoiling her mini poodle Blu, and spending time with her daughter.
