About Nadia

Nadia Gray Surin is excited to begin her real estate journey in New York City. Originally from California and shaped by 24 years in New Orleans, she brings a strong work ethic, resilience, and a people-first mindset. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Orleans and her Master’s from Louisiana State University Shreveport while working full-time as a nanny, developing exceptional communication skills and a deep sense of care for others.

Her passion for real estate began with the purchase and renovation of her first home in 2019, rebuilding after Hurricane Ida and gaining firsthand experience in property transformation. Now based in NYC with her husband, a Brooklyn native, Nadia also manages her New Orleans rental property.

She is dedicated to helping clients find homes that truly fit their lives, leading with honesty, empathy, and a genuine commitment to every relationship.
