About Tyler

Born in Yonkers, New York, Tye relocated several times at a young age throughout New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Around the age of twelve, after his parents separated, he attended seven different schools in two years. It was during this time that he began to develop a deep sense of respect and appreciation for the eclectic subtleties and quiet nuances found within tightly knit, diverse, and energetic communities. These early experiences shaped his understanding of how people, place, and environment intertwine to form identity and cultivate a heightened sense of belonging.

His professional background also took a scenic route, spanning a wide array of fields. These include apprentice electrical work, construction, painting, landscaping, restaurants, country clubs, golf courses, 911 dispatch, park ranger services, as well as pharmaceutical and delivery logistics, to name a few. Along the way, Tye earned certifications as a phlebotomist, EMT, firefighter, and police officer, later receiving a Letter of Commendation from the United States Secret Service.

He later went on to study at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, spending significant time between California, Connecticut, and New York. He has worked across television, film, and theatre as an actor, writer, director, editor, and producer, forging meaningful friendships and creative collaborations with companies such as Pride of Gypsies, Great Lakes Gypsy, and CSTC.

Tye’s personal mottos—“Courage Equals Freedom. You Define You.” and “Scar tissue is the character that helps define us.”—reflect a philosophy rooted in resilience and self-determination. He believes that family, friends, neighbors, and loved ones form the foundation of strong, thriving communities and shape the collective experience of how we live, laugh, learn, love, and leave our legacies.

These beliefs now drive his approach to real estate, where he is committed to helping builders, buyers, sellers, seasoned investors, and developers discover an extraordinary sense of self through a passionate pursuit of place.
