Raised in Oyster Bay on Long Island, Catherine brings a finance-driven and strategic perspective to New York City real estate. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Project Management with a minor in Finance from Elon University — a foundation that informs her organized, detail-oriented approach. Prior to transitioning into real estate, she spent four years in asset and wealth management, developing experience in financial analysis and long-term value strategy. Her early exposure to the industry began through her family’s beach rental business on the Delaware shore, where she gained firsthand insight into property operations and client service. Now residing on the Lower East Side, Catherine enjoys discovering the neighborhood’s newest restaurants and staying connected to the city’s dynamic energy.
