Judah Fried has a passion for property etched deep in his DNA. Inspired by the success of his grandfathers – one, a real estate developer, and the other, an interior designer – Judah will continue a lasting legacy that shaped him into the successful broker he is today.
Having started his career in 2016, Judah has worked for high-profile firms such as LG Fairmont, where he was ranked in the top 5% of 250+ agents. He credits this achievement to his intimate knowledge of New York City, his friendly disposition, and his impressive sales acumen.
Judah is driven to exceed client expectations. Recently, he listed and staged a property within three days which secured an above-asked offer after the very first open house. One week later the apartment was in contract, and the sellers were thrilled with the outstanding service and exceptional result.
Judah is also extremely diligent in his pursuit of matching buyers with the perfect property. He listens intently and works tirelessly, which is how he recently assisted a client in locating her dream home after five other brokers had failed to do so. Judah, a former real estate Rookie of the Year, sees meeting people from across the globe, who seek to make New York their next home, as a privilege.
