A first-generation American, Philadelphia native and Manhattan resident, Matteo’s real estate transactions have covered 4 of the 5 boroughs. He lives and breathes New York City, his home for over fifteen years.

 

As a seasoned NYC buyer and seller matchmaker; he brings his unique perspective and the energy and tenacity gained from his time in the tech startup world to his real estate business, having closed deals from Flatiron to Hudson Heights, and Downtown Brooklyn to Soho. Matteo speaks Italian, Spanish, and conversational Portuguese. He is well-versed in Coop, Condo, Sponsor, and New Development Sales. Having successfully submitted well over 100 board packages comprising some of Manhattan’s most stringent Cooperatives, his methodical approach and intimate knowledge of the Coop Approval Process allows him to guide his clients with ease and confidence through every step of a transaction.
