Manhattan House, designed in 1950, has been home to such luminaries as Benny Goodman and Grace Kelly. Located at 200 East 66th Street, the building was one of the first to integrate large windows and balconies into its design was given landmark status by the New York Landmarks Preservation Foundation in 2008.
