Located on the Upper East Side, The Laurel is a 30-story condominium building developed by Izak Senbahar and Simon Elias of Alexico Group. The Laurel is a “green” LEED-certified building designed to be environmentally sustainable and energy efficient. Apartments in the building range from 496 square-foot studios to a four-bedroom, 4,073 square-foot penthouse with substantial outdoor space.
